Refund
policy: Our customers can
always claim for a refund if there is valid reason for the return of the item. Trollyman’s
professional team will surely address the complaint and replace the product if
the customer expresses dissatisfaction regarding the freshness, quality,
packaging, or price of the received product. Customers can contact our customer
service team for correct information regarding the return process. You can
return or replace the purchased item or product only if you inform us within 3
hours from the time of delivery. Trollyman follows a strict refund
policy for our goods. In case of a refund, the refund amount will be credited
to the same account from which you had made the payment from. The time taken
for the money to show in your account may vary depending on your bank’s
processing time.
Cancellation
by Site / Customer: You as
a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for
which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case
we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If Trollyman suspect
any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the
terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could
cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent
transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders
placed by them.
